Theo­lia Naturen­er­gi­en Gmbh

As a part­ner, Theo­lia Naturen­er­gi­en offers ser­vices around the suc­cess­ful oper­a­tion­al man­age­ment of wind farms as a one-stop-shop – inde­pend­ent of man­u­fac­tur­ers. Core com­pet­ence is the tech­nic­al and com­mer­cial asset man­age­ment of wind energy plants, cur­rently with a capa­city of approx. 360 MW

Cus­tom­ers can choose between vari­ous mod­u­lar pack­ages which are tailored to indi­vidu­al require­ments. Qual­i­fied con­sult­ing and real­isa­tion of invest­ment man­age­ment as well as pro­ject due dili­gence and acquis­i­tion com­plete the ser­vice portfolio.

Cus­tom­ers also bene­fit from frame­work agree­ments and receive attract­ive con­di­tions for apprais­als, insur­ance, con­di­tion mon­it­or­ing and com­mu­nic­a­tion con­nectiv­ity. In addi­tion, Theo­li­a’s part­ner­ships with man­u­fac­tur­ers, ser­vice pro­viders, insurers and dir­ect mar­keters offer numer­ous advantages.

Theo­lia has been part of the FUTUREN Group – an onshore wind power com­pany with a his­tory in Europe – since 2006 and is part of the EDF Renew­ables Group. 

Off-shore Wind Solu­tions GmbH

OWS Off-Shore Wind Solu­tions is a pro­vider-inde­pend­ent com­pet­ence centre for onshore and off­shore ser­vices in Emden, on the shores of the North Sea. 

It offers both cost-effi­cient full main­ten­ance pack­ages and mod­u­lar solu­tions – from com­pre­hens­ive O&M ser­vices to major com­pon­ent replace­ment, repair and ret­ro­fit meas­ures. Cus­tom­ers include man­u­fac­tur­ers as well as wind farm oper­at­ors and owners. 

The unique infra­struc­ture opens up a wide oper­at­ing radi­us in the North Sea thanks to its loc­a­tion (Emden). The OWS assets include a 40,000 m² repair hall for com­plete wind tur­bines, rotor blades and oth­er major com­pon­ents (on- and off­shore), 28,000 m² of stor­age space, a mod­ern 247 con­trol room and its own quay with a 450-ton crane system.

Narada Power Source Co., Ltd

Narada, foun­ded in 1994 in Hangzhou/​China, has become one of the world’s lead­ing bat­tery man­u­fac­tur­ers and glob­al bat­tery suppliers.

Its lead­ing products are high-reli­ab­il­ity VRLA accu­mu­lat­ors, lith­i­um-ion cells and bat­ter­ies, and related com­pon­ents and sub­sys­tems. Narada places a strong emphas­is on research and tech­no­lo­gic­al devel­op­ment to drive its growth and deliv­er innov­at­ive solu­tions to its customers.

BVES: Bundes­verb­and Ener­giespeich­er Systeme e.V 

Der BVES ist die führende Stimme für Unterneh­men und Organ­isa­tion­en aus allen Bereichen der Ener­giespeicher­ung. Der Bundes­verb­and Ener­giespeich­er treibt die Entwicklung und den Ein­satz von Ener­giespeich­ern nation­al und inter­na­tion­al vor­an. Er bündelt die Kräfte der wichtig­sten Branchen­ver­treter, gestal­tet die öffent­liche und polit­ische Diskus­sion und ber­ät bei der Aus­gestal­tung der polit­ischen und recht­lichen Rah­men­bedin­gun­gen, sow­ie Stand­ards und Normen. 

Seit 2018 gehört EDF Renew­ables Deutsch­land als Mit­glied zu dem BVES

EDF Store & Forecast

Store & Fore­cast devel­ops and mar­kets intel­li­gent and autonom­ous con­trol soft­ware that optim­ises the oper­a­tion of loc­al elec­tric­al sys­tems through the use of fore­cast­ing and energy stor­age tech­no­logy.

The com­pany cus­tom­ises its Energy Man­age­ment Sys­tem (EMS) to your facil­it­ies, cap­able of serving mul­tiple applic­a­tions. In addi­tion to its glob­al EMS offer­ing, the com­pany also mar­kets pro­duc­tion and con­sump­tion fore­casts for renew­able energy.
